Print Finishing Business of Martin Yale Industries sold
Escalade, Inc has sold the Print Finishing business of Martin Yale Industries to an unrelated third party. Under the new ownership the company will do business as Martin Yale Industries, LLC and will have no more relationship with Escalade, Inc.
(PresseBox) - The U.S. Information Security business will remain with Escalade, Inc. under the name intimus North America.
Except for the name change, the structure of intimus International GmbH and their other branch offices will remain unchanged.
?This step marks the last milestone in the separation of Print Finishing and Information Security?, states Reiner Eckhardt, Managing Director of intimus International. ?Starting with the move out of Print Finishing and the name change of our Information Security business, we have been working towards this point since the beginning of 2014. The production of machines for the North American market has already been integrated in our factory in Markdorf with great success. Since January 2014 machines for this market are made in Germany and are fully in line with intimus? high quality standards. Moving forward we will manage production, quality control, and manufacturing productivity in Markdorf. At the same time we are confident in our experienced and motivated U.S. team to lead the sales and logistics areas of our North American business.?
