Science-fiction author Carolyn Holland has announced she would use the pen name of C. Evenfall to write paranormal fiction in the coming months.
(firmenpresse) - Louisville – Science-fiction author Carolyn Holland has announced she would use the pen name of C. Evenfall to write paranormal fiction in the coming months. Books Authors and Artists will be publishing the individual works along with a compilation.
Carolyn Holland made the decision to keep the genres separate in her writing career. She will continue to publish The Genesis Project, her climate fiction or cli-fi series, under her own name. The pen name C. Evenfall will be associated with fiction in the paranormal genre, in which she will soon make her debut.
Astrid Gay, book publicist for Books, Authors, and Artists, says, “Others have done it before, such as J.K. Rowling. It’s a good way to keep returning readers from getting confused about what genre a book will fall into, although fans will know that these books were written by the same person.
Each paranormal story will be published on Amazon as an ebook only, and with aggressive, introductory pricing. Eventually the first three stories will be compiled into a paperback, with an additional novella included in the paperback only.”

C. Evenfall’s paranormal fiction is due to come out over the summer. The first novella’s title is Sensitives. Shae Thoman, editor for Books, Authors, And Artists is working with the author on the individual ebook front covers.
Carolyn Holland is finishing the initial manuscript of Leaves of Revolution, the sequel to cli-fi Seeds of Transition and the second book in The Genesis Project. A second edition of Seeds of Transition should also be available during the third quarter of 2014.
