(firmenpresse) - Isabellenhütte Heusler GmbH & Co. KG makes a wide range of metal alloys according to customer requirements at its test centre. The Isabellenhütte test centre is designed to produce small quantities of alloys for use in development processes, prototypes and special applications. The company’s engineers are capable of producing batch weights of 100 g to 25 kg. The test centre allows for melting in a variety of atmospheres or in a vacuum.
In addition, the test centre offers a wide range of heat treatments and possibilities for shaping castings into wire, flat wire or ribbon. At the customer’s request, the company will profile materials in terms of their electrical, mechanical and metallographic features. The test centre, which is fitted with high-quality equipment for analytical testing, enhances the company’s profile as a specialist for non-ferrous metal alloys. Isabellenhütte Heusler also operates its own calibration laboratory, which has been accredited by Deutscher Kalibrierdienst (DKD) in accordance with EN17025.
