(PresseBox) - From 7th to 11th April 2014, the world's most important technology event is to take place at the Hannover Trade Fair where Bachmann Monitoring GmbH www.bachmann.info is presenting its differentiated Condition Monitoring product range.
With the world's first certification of a PLC-integrated CM system thus far, it has been possible for the first time to provide internal control measurement signals of sensors without interface losses even for the controllers of wind turbines.
"This is essential for the development of the next generation of wind turbines and their safe profitable operation," predicts CEO Holger Fritsch.
The logging, analysis and evaluation of the plant in parallel with the PLC offshore and onshore program can also be carried out with a standalone CMS.
These CM systems are suitable for retrofitting all wind turbine types.
For more than 10 years, Bachmann Monitoring has been acquiring experience from the installation and monitoring of 54 types of systems of 23 wind turbine manufacturers.
According to Holger Fritsch, "The 10 different drive train concepts with their associated components that have been monitored so far have helped us to recognize their specific weak points in the meantime."
The CMS and Remote CM-Service of Bachmann www.cms.bachmann.info offer plant operators all the features required for safe and profitable operation of wind turbines.
The difference between planned repair and a sudden failure is still approx. 30 %.
At Bachmann Monitoring GmbH approx. 2000 wind turbines from more than 3000 installed CM systems are currently under a CM service contract.
At the trade fair stand of Bachmann electronic, information is to be provided, demonstrating how power production increases can be achieved in the medium term by measuring and monitoring technology.
This particularly concerns which innovative possibilities can be derived for Condition Monitoring from the combination with modules of control technology.
