EPLAX enjoys success and visits from illustrious guests at their booth at the 12th CERN industry exhibition in Geneva
(PresseBox) - CERN and the German Federal Ministry for Education and Research invited exhibitors from all over Germany to participate in the 12th edition of their joint industry exhibition "Germany at CERN", January 28 through 29, 2014 in Geneva. EPLAX, a CERN supplier for many years now, was also present with a booth at the prestigious exhibition.
Fascinating challenge
CERN's innovative experimental setups involve unusual requirements for electronics power supplies. As a specialist for customized power supply units, EPLAX is thrilled to meet these challenges with highly effective solutions.
The exhibition yielded numerous promising approaches for the development and production of new customized, application-specific power supplies.
Illustrious visitors
Many CERN researchers graced the EPLAX booth with a visit during the two days of the exhibition. EPLAX's exhibition team enjoyed numerous interesting and inspiring discussions with guests including CERN Director General Professor Rolf-Dieter Heuer.
Dr. Karl Eugen Huthmacher, head of department at the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, also visited our booth and was interested in our company's performance capacity.
