SOVENTIX has sold an Italian project company with a roof-mounted 1,704 kWp photovoltaic plant to a Luxembourg trust
(PresseBox) - SOVENTIX GmbH sold the shares of the Marghesolar S.r.l. project company and its associated roof-mounted 1,704 kWp photovoltaic plant in Northern Italy. The investor is a trust based in Luxembourg.
The solar park is located in Pesaro and consists of two grid-connected, roof-mounted systems of 975 and 729 kWp that were erected in 2011 and connected to the mains network.
SOVENTIX was responsible for the complete realization of both sections of the plant - from their project development and technical installation planning right through to their construction. Modules from the Sovello company were used in the solar park. Power One inverters transform the direct current produced into alternating current suitable for the mains network. Altogether the installations produce around 1,897,000 kilowatt hours of green electricity per annum.
