("Thunderbird" or "Group") (FRANKFURT: 4TR)(EURONEXT: TBIRD) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has appointed a new director, Georg Gruenberg, to serve on its board until the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
Mr. Gruenberg is the Chairman of the board of the following companies:
Mr. Gruenberg was born in Switzerland although his family moved to Peru just a year later. Mr. Gruenberg returned to Switzerland for his education. Thereafter, he became a successful entrepreneur in Peru. Mr. Gruenberg's combined know-how as an entrepenuer and his knowledge of the Peruvian people will certainly add value to the Company's business and will be a valuable asset to Thunderbird's board.
