Limitless Venture Group Inc. Announces the Hiring of New CEO Mr. Joseph Francella
(firmenpresse) - HOLBROOK NY -- (Marketwired) -- 12/13/13 -- Limitless Venture Group Inc's. (OTC Pink: LVGI) today announced the hiring of new CEO Joseph Francella to replace outgoing CEO Mr. Peter Scalise III who is moving over to become CEO of G.E.A.R., a company that was spun off by LVGI. Mr. Francella will begin on January 15, 2014.
"After an exhaustive search and vetting process I feel very confident in the selection of Mr. Francella to take the reins of CEO at LVGI as it moves forward with all plans on the table," stated outgoing CEO Peter Scalise III.
Mr. Francella brings with him almost 20 years of experience dealing with public companies. During that time he has held positions as an Officer and Director and guided many of these public companies through the most difficult transitions of development stage companies. His understanding of this venue has allowed him to get these companies financed and positioned so they can proceed with their business models. He is a hard working, take charge, responsible business executive and we are very lucky to have been able to get someone with his experience and talent.
