Romet Limited Announces the Appointment of Glen Heard-Regional Sales Director

Romet Limited announced today, Mr. Glen Heard will join the company in January as Regional Sales Director. Glen will be headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri and will focus on expanding Romet's business in the United States.
Established in 1972, Romet is an international market leader in positive displacement rotary gas meters, electronic volume, temperature instrumentation and auxiliary equipment for the natural gas industry.
Heard brings to Romet more than twenty-five years of experience in the natural gas industry. Glen began his career with Laclede Gas Company in St. Louis, Missouri promoting natural gas as an Account Manager before being promoted as a Measurement Manager. In this capacity he was responsible for meter shop and field personnel, installing, maintaining and certifying measurement and control equipment throughout the metro area.
Glen joined Elster American Meter as a District Sales Manager in 2005 and was responsible for sales and promotion of residential and commercial/industrial products and services across the Midwest. In 2011, Glen was promoted to Regional Sales and Marketing Manager at Elster Instromet where his responsibilities included upstream and midstream markets, power generation, EPC firms and natural gas utility measurement and analytical equipment needs for the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest.
