Graymark Healthcare Changes Corporate Name to Foundation Healthcare Inc. and Ticker Symbol to FDNH
(firmenpresse) - OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- (Marketwired) -- 12/12/13 -- Foundation Healthcare Inc. (OTCQB: FDNH) formerly Graymark Healthcare Inc. (OTCQB: GRMH), announced that effective today the Company has changed its corporate name to Foundation Healthcare Inc. In connection with rebranding the Company, effective December 12, 2013 the Common Stock will commence trading under the ticker FDNH and will no longer trader under the prior ticker of GRMH.
Graymark completed the acquisition of Foundation Surgical Hospital Affiliates LLC and Foundation Surgery Affiliates LLC (collectively "Foundation") on July 23, 2013. Foundation owns and operates surgery-focused hospitals and surgery center facilities that facilitate and enhance the surgical experience and outcomes for surgeons and their patients. Foundation is headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
