Sonnenblick-Eichner Company Hires Tina Derderian as Managing Director
(firmenpresse) - BEVERLY HILLS, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/10/13 -- Sonnenblick-Eichner Company announced today that it has hired Tina Derderian as a Managing Director in its Beverly Hills office. Ms. Derderian has over 15 years of transactional real estate finance experience for all types of income producing real estate. She will be responsible for the origination, negotiation and closing of institutional debt and equity transactions on behalf of the firm's clients. Prior positions held by Ms. Derderian include 5 years as a Director of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, a national real estate advisory firm and loan origination responsibilities with JP Morgan and Bank of the West.
