(the "Company") (TSX: MPC)(TSX: MPC.C) announces the resignation of James O'Rourke as a director of the Company. The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. O'Rourke for his years of service to the Company and wish him continued success in all his endeavours.
The Board of Directors announces that Mark Elliott has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Elliott is a Chartered Accountant and was a senior partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) until he retired in June 2012. During Mr. Elliott's 34 years with PwC, he held a number of leadership roles within the firm. The Board of Directors is excited to have Mr. Elliott join them and looks forward to working with him.
