(firmenpresse) - HOLLAND LANDING, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/02/13 -- Inscape (TSX: INQ) announced today that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Rod Turgeon as President & Chief Executive Officer, effective December 31, 2013. After this date, Chairman of the Board, Madan Bhayana, will assume the role of Chairman & CEO. The Board thanks Mr. Turgeon for his service and contributions to the company.
