("Cladstone") for the launch of ISIS Friends® into the United Kingdom's social and real money online gaming market. As a result of the agreement with Cladstone, ISIS Friends®, the world's first regulated and award winning platform will soon be available to UK residents.
ISIS Friends will be the first true social network built and regulated for the online gaming market providing the UK audience with a product differentiator both from a social interaction perspective and a substantial library of games available and integrated at launch. ISIS Friends® is on track to have the largest portfolio of games available for social online gaming. ISIS Friends® cutting-edge technology is designed to be future ready, scalable, modular, with the ability to expand integrations without limit. ISIS Friends® was built with the ability to support third-party game integrations, cashier support, customer support, social networking, and backend operator support.

Appointment of Vice President of Corporate Development and Communications
The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Ute Koessler as Vice President of Corporate Development and Communications. Ms. Koessler brings to the position a broad depth of experience having worked in North America and Europe. Prior to joining ISIS, she served as Director of Corporate Development and Communication, (November 2006 to June 2011), with Minco Gold Corporation and Minco Silver Corporation, where she was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Corporate Communications in July of 2011. Prior to joining Minco Mining, Ms. Koessler was involved with several early and mid-stage technology companies.
Granting of Options
ISIS will also like to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 3,886,746 stock options to various directors, officers and consultants. An aggregate of 3,386,746 options is exercisable at $0.40 per common share, an aggregate of 300,000 options are exercisable at $0.75 per common share and aggregate of 200,000 options is exercisable at $1.25 per common share. Each option is exercisable at various dates ranging from two (2) to five (5) years from date of issuance.
