Old National Insurance to Purchase Evansville-Based Wells Fargo Insurance Accounts
Sale Expected to Be Completed on Dec. 1, 2013; Consists Primarily of Commercial Property and Casualty Accounts; Two Wells Fargo Insurance Sales Executives; One Account Representative to Join Old National Insurance Team
(firmenpresse) - EVANSVILLE, IN -- (Marketwired) -- 11/29/13 -- Old National Insurance (ONI), a subsidiary of Evansville-based Old National Bancorp (NASDAQ: ONB), has agreed to purchase the insurance accounts presently serviced by the Evansville branch office of Wells Fargo Insurance (WFI). This consists primarily of commercial property and casualty accounts.

The sale is expected to be completed on Sunday, Dec. 1, subject to customary closing conditions. As part of the acquisition, current WFI sales executives Rollie Lehnus and Mike Retter will join ONI's Evansville commercial insurance sales team.
