William A. Rand Files Early Warning Report
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/27/13 -- This press release is being disseminated as required by National Instrument 62-103 - The Early Warning System and Related Take Over Bids and Insider Reporting Issues in connection with the filing of an early warning report (the "Early Warning Report") regarding the acquisition of common shares ("Shares") of New West Energy Services Inc. ("New West") by Mr. William A. Rand of Vancouver, British Columbia.
Mr. William A. Rand has advised New West that as of November 26, 2013 he has acquired, through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at prevailing market prices, ownership of a total of 2,091,000 Shares (including 600,000 Shares purchased on November 26, 2013) representing 2.1% of the issued and outstanding Shares. Mr. Rand previously owned 13,877,070 Shares. Mr. Rand now owns a total of 15,968,070 Shares representing 16.5% of the issued and outstanding Shares.
The acquisition of the Shares by Mr. Rand was made for investment purposes. Mr. Rand may increase or decrease his shareholdings in New West as circumstances may arise.
