Ron Joyce Acquires Shares of Just Energy Group Inc.
(firmenpresse) - BURLINGTON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/26/13 -- Effective November 20, 2013, Ronald V. Joyce ("Joyce"), through his private holding company Jetport Inc., acquired 73,900 common shares ("Just Energy Shares") of Just Energy Group Inc. over the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange at a price of CDN$7.32 per Just Energy Share and acquired an additional 57,644 Just Energy Shares over the facilities of the New York Stock Exchange at a price of US$6.90 per Just Energy Share. After giving effect to the foregoing acquisitions, Joyce, through Jetport, owns 14,357,325 Just Energy Shares representing approximately 10.01% of the issued and outstanding Just Energy Shares.
Joyce acquired the Just Energy Shares for investment purposes only. Joyce and Jetport Inc. may in the future take such actions in respect of such holdings as they may deem appropriate in light of the circumstances then existing, including the purchase of additional Just Energy Shares or other securities of Just Energy, or the sale of all or a portion of such holdings to one or more purchasers.
