IACH Retains High Level Consultant to Spearhead Land Acquisition for Its First Destination Theme Park Resort
(firmenpresse) - ORLANDO, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 11/20/13 -- Information Architects (OTC Pink: IACH) / Dakota Creative Group, LLC has retained the services of renowned real estate executive Richard Dickson to spearhead the identification and acquisition of land for the development of the company's first destination theme park resort. Mr. Dickson has more than fifteen years' experience in real estate and land acquisition. In addition to overseeing the effort to find and acquire the properties, Mr. Dickson will be responsible for working with the state and local authorities in the planning and development process.
This addition to the IACH / Dakota Creative Group team is the first step of many in the implementation to develop major theme park operations since IACH announced the acquisition of the Dakota Creative Group, LLC. The company has developed plans for an all new destination resort theme park. These plans include designs for five all new unique rides, plans to acquire the design specifications and rights to a host of other rides, as well as hotels, restaurants and an 18 hole golf course.
