P2's Customer Satisfaction Rating Sees Dramatic Increase
Company's Rating Experiences 42-Percent Jump Over Course of Fiscal Year 2013

The rating is calculated using the Net Promoter Score method. In those 12 months, a diverse cross-section of P2's customer base provided hundreds of responses through monthly online surveys.
"P2's customer service has improved dramatically over the last few months," said Laura Gunn, a Senior Database Administrator at Cabot Oil & Gas. "Their communication is clear, quick and effective. In this fast-moving industry, companies not only want this type of communication, they demand it."
Richard Goodwin, Director of Acquisition Accounting at Energen, echoed Gunn's sentiments: "Recently I have seen major improvements at P2 and a renewed emphasis on customer support. I look forward to seeing this trend continue."
