d.screen USB 2.0 is designed to act as a direct interface between USB2.0 and TFT LCD panels up to a resolution of Full-HD / WUSGA / QWXGA based on DisplayLink`s USB multi monitor technology DL1x5. An integrated USB2.0 High Speed Hub enables the additional connection of up to three external USB devices like camera, mouse or audio.
Optional features for this cost-effective controller platform concept are a BIAS Power Supply with VCOM Buffer for low-cost consumer LCD panels. Alternatively a 4- or 5-Wire Resistive Touch Controller or a LED Driver can be assembled onto the PCB.
A highly efficient power-management structure, as well as an optional ultra slim architecture makes the d.screen USB 2.0 the perfect solution for ultra-low power, multifunctional monitors.
All members of the device LCD controller family are designed for industrial use to meet the specific requirements of embedded applications, including the critical long term availability aspect, often not found in consumer or Far Eastern products.
