Core Distribution Inc. Will Donate a Minimum of $250,000 to St. Jude From Sales of Its "Perfect Sense" Brand Mini-Flashlights and Stylus Pens
(firmenpresse) - MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- (Marketwired) -- 11/13/13 -- Shoppers looking for that perfect stocking stuffer for family, friends, teachers, coworkers or others this holiday season can now give with a purpose.
Minneapolis-based , whose brands include ® and Perfect Sense® products, is launching a new product promotion that will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®.
Under this fundraising initiative, Core Distribution will donate 50 cents from each sale of specially branded Perfect Sense® flashlights and stylus pens to St. Jude. Sales of the items, which retail for $3 and are now available in the checkout lanes of Target stores, will provide a minimum guaranteed donation of $250,000.
"We believe that companies have an obligation to give back to the communities that support them," said Mitchell Kieffer, CEO of Core Distribution. "For us, this donation to support the life-giving mission of St. Jude just feels like the right thing to do."
