Fortune International Film Premiere Is Latest Demonstration of Innovative Selling Tactics in Luxury Real Estate

From multi-million-dollar sales galleries to full-scale film productions, Fortune International has raised the stakes to promote its real estate arsenal.
The firm invested in the production of a film to promote its latest luxury development, Jade Signature. The mini-movie uses real actors and flew the production team, DCode Films, from Miami to Paris to interview Jade Signature interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon on the design and concept of the luxury property.
Fortune International premiered "Jade Signature - The Movie" at The Colony Theater, one of Miami's architectural Art Deco gems. The 13-minute film brings to life the concepts that make Jade Signature stand apart -- from true flow-through units that highlight sweeping ocean and city views to seamless floor plans that connect residents directly to the beach.
Along with stunning visuals, the film also provides insightful commentary from Jade Signature's design team. Renowned landscape architect Raymond Jungles and Fortune International's own Edgardo and Ana Cristina Defortuna also share their vision of Jade Signature, and describe how the building was designed with a purpose and focus on every detail.
