WoodPellets.com Announces Appointment on New CEO
(firmenpresse) - BEDFORD, NH -- (Marketwired) -- 11/12/13 -- WoodPellets.com, the nation's largest on-line retailer of wood pellets, is proud to announce the appointment of a new CEO. David Nydam has come on board Bedford, New Hampshire-based WoodPellets.com with a focus on driving further growth in the business. The company's prior CEO, Tim Loucks, will remain active as a board member and advisor.
Mr. Nydam served most recently as President of Wellesley, Massachusetts-based BCC Research, the premier source of market growth and segmentation data for technology-driven industries such as renewable energy, chemicals, nanotechnology, and biotechnology. In his seven years at BCC, he doubled the profitability of the company by expanding the markets served by the company and building a customer-focused sales force. Prior to BCC, Nydam was Vice President of Marketing at EF Education for their direct to consumer Go Ahead Tours division. He also has experience in business strategy, having worked in the Corporate Strategy practice for Deloitte/Braxton consulting. He completed his undergraduate education at Yale University with a B.S. in Astronomy and Physics and received an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth.
