Cortex Welcomes Grant Billing to its Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, CANADA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/11/13 -- The Board of Directors and Management Team of Cortex Business Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CBX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Grant Billing to its Board of Directors
Mr. Billing brings to Cortex extensive experience in both executive and board leadership gained over more than 30 years in various senior management roles including as President and CEO of; Superior Plus Corp, Norcen Energy Resources Ltd and Sceptre Resources Limited. He has served as a director of many Public Companies including as Chairman of Provident Energy, Chairman of Capitol Energy Ltd and Chairman of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers. Mr. Billing is currently Chairman of the Board of Superior Plus Corp and a Director of Pembina Pipeline Corporation. He is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calgary.
