Cambridge Associates to Make Private Real Estate Investment Performance Data Publicly Available
Performance Benchmarks Based on Data From 680-Plus Global Institutional-Quality Real Estate Funds to Be Posted Publicly Each Quarter
(firmenpresse) - BOSTON, MA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/06/13 -- Cambridge Associates will make its global private real estate investment performance benchmarks available publicly on a quarterly basis.
The Cambridge fund-level benchmark is designed to be among the most robust for private real estate investments. Like other Cambridge benchmarks, the performance data is derived from quarterly and annual audited financial statements and cash flow information provided directly from fund managers instead of from surveys, Freedom of Information Act requests, or online research. The benchmark is comprised of information from more than 680 institutional-quality funds from around the world focusing primarily on the value-add and opportunistic real estate categories.
