New, user-defined message templates within Send Word Now give users complete control over the presentation of messages, including fonts, colors, styles, images and logos via HTML. Certain system or database fields, such as recipient name or custom Get Work Back instructions, can also easily be inserted into email and SMS message templates.
With the addition of IM, Send Word Now supports Yahoo!® Messenger, Google® Talk™ (GTalk), AOL® Instant Messenger (AIM®) and ICQ®. Other commonly used IM applications are under consideration for future releases.
