Dave Worley to Lead Swinerton's Northwest Division
(firmenpresse) - SEATTLE, WA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/04/13 -- In a move to capitalize on strong regional growth, has announced the promotion of Dave Worley to division manager of its Northwest division, which spans the Pacific Northwest corridor and is anchored by offices in Portland and Seattle. Worley will oversee all aspects of Swinerton's project management and field operations in the region.
Already an industry veteran with 20 years of experience when he joined Swinerton's Seattle team in 2002, Worley has been instrumental in cultivating the 125-year-old builder's regional strength in the corporate services, Native American, healthcare, and multifamily residential markets.
Worley will oversee completion of several major new projects in Swinerton's Northwest pipeline, including a luxury townhome development for Milano Townhomes LLC in Bellevue, the Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma, and multiple tenant improvements for Fortune 500 companies in the region. Northwest division revenues are expected to top $100 million in 2014.
