(OTC Pink: BEMG) ("Beta Music Group" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has completed the acquisition of USave Acquisitions, Inc. ("USave"). On October 31, 2013, the Company completed a Share Exchange Agreement with USave Acquisitions, Inc. The Company acquired forty-three million four hundred forty-four thousand eight hundred sixty-five (43,444,865) shares of USave Acquisitions, Inc. from the USave Shareholders. In exchange, the Company issued to the USave Shareholders an aggregate of forty-three million four hundred forty-four thousand eight hundred sixty-five (43,444,865) restricted shares of the Company's common stock. As a result of the Share Exchange Agreement, USave became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Concurrent with the completion of the Share Exchange Agreement, Jim Ennis was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of USave Acquisitions, Inc. USave Acquisitions, Inc. plans to operate out of the company's corporate headquarters to Miami, Florida and will assume operations as a digital media company providing interactive and digital marketing, social and mobile marketing, strategic media planning, direct marketing and other specialty communications services to promote small businesses to their clients.
