(firmenpresse) - LEVIS, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 11/01/13 -- Mr. Jean Lambert, Chairman of the board of Nuvolt Corporation ("Nuvolt" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: NCO) announces the resignation of Mr. Jacques Dion as member of the board and President of the company.
The board then nominated Mr. Michel Montreuil as member of the board. Mr. Michel Montreuil, Vice-President technology, is involved in the electrical sector for more than 40 years. He has spent the last 25 years developing a specialized expertise in monitoring and management systems for electrical failure, power quality, detection and neutralization of leakage current.
