(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/01/13 -- The Fraser Institute will release a new study on Monday November 4 examining whether Canada's system of equalization payments results in reasonably comparable levels of public services across all provinces.The study looks at equalization and other "equalization-plus" transfers in 19 areas of provincial government service, from 2005/06 to 2012/13, to determine whether "have" or "have-not" provinces were advantaged by equalization.
