(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 10/31/13 -- Dolly Lenz, super broker and founder of Dolly Lenz Real Estate LLC., will be the keynote speaker at the China-US Chamber of Commerce and Greater New York Chamber of Commerce Real Estate and Investment Dinner and Forum on Tuesday, November 5th at the Yale at 50 Vanderbilt Avenue Club in New York City.
Before an audience of Chinese and US investors and members of the business community, Lenz, considered NY's "Real Estate Queen," will present an overview of investment strategy and methodology of the current US real estate market, describing the underlying reasons for investing in US real estate. She will also introduce Paul Scialla, founder of DELOS®, the pioneering developer of Wellness Real Estate™ which incorporates scientifically-based health and wellness features into environmentally sound homes, offices and hotels. DELOS® is launching its first residential real estate development at 66 East 11th Street in Manhattan's Greenwich Village.
Lenz will share the forum with Cushman & Wakefield's Janice Stanton and professionals from Morgan Stanley, Ernst & Young and New York Life. The evening which begins at 6:30 will last until approximately 9:30pm.
