CTI Industries Corporation Announces Executive Appointments
(firmenpresse) - LAKE BARRINGTON, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 10/30/13 -- CTI Industries Corporation (NASDAQ: CTIB), a manufacturer and marketer of vacuum sealing systems, foil balloons, latex balloons and printed and laminated films, announces the appointment of Timothy S. Patterson as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
By action of the Board of Directors on October 25, 2013, Mr. Patterson was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Patterson has been employed by the Company for 10 years, as Vice President, and Senior Vice President - Finance and Administration, and for the past three years, has acted as the principal accounting officer of the Company. Mr. Patterson will retain his office and title as Senior Vice President - Finance and Administration.
The Company also announced that Robin Porter has been named Sales Manager. Ms. Porter has held positions with increasing responsibility for the 9 years she has been in the balloon industry.
