Movember Announces Milestone Tenth Moustache Season With a Clean Shave
The Global Men's Health Charity Is Back for Generation Moustache
(firmenpresse) - LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/30/13 -- Movember 2013 has arrived and the moustache is back to occupy the faces of men around the globe. Celebrating its tenth year as the global men's health charity, Movember encourages men to grow and women to support the Mo (moustache) for the 30 days of November to raise funds and awareness to combat prostate and testicular cancer.
Men and women across the US register at Movember.com to become official participants of the Movember movement. As the of Movember state, once registered, Mo Bros (male participants) start November 1 clean-shaven in honor of and grow a moustache, and just a moustache (no beards, no goatees) throughout the month. (female participants) show support by organizing teams of Mo-supporters, hosting events, and raising awareness and funds for the cause.

Movember participants will be hosting hundreds of all over the US on Movember 1 to kick off the moustache movement.
In support of the 30-day moustache journey, Movember has launched a new version of the available for iPhones and Androids and tablets. The app features the redesigned Mo Tracker, which allows Mo Bros to take daily photos of their moustache growth and export animated GIF/time-lapse movies to their personal Mo Space page (donation page) and social media channels. In addition, users can make donations, recruit new members and track eligible rewards as a result of their fundraising efforts.
