(the "Company" or "DSS") (TSX VENTURE: DSS)(PINKSHEETS: DTSRF) announced today that, following approval from the TSX Venture Exchange, the previously announced consolidation of the Company's outstanding common shares on a five (5) for one (1) basis will become effective on October 30, 2013.
