(PINKSHEETS: WFSV) announces that on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at the start of the trading day, 9:30AM ET, the Corporation now will trade under its new name GLOBAL HOLDINGS, INC. (Utah), symbol GBHD.OTC, and number 37953Q101.
Even though this corporate action is somewhat seamless, certain stock quote websites can take a few days to update servers to recognize this new symbol, GBHD. Please be patient if the symbol update on certain quote mediums is not immediate.
Management would like to remind shareholders who own their shares in brokerage accounts that this change will be automatic. Certified Shareholders, those who have possession of WORLDWIDE FOOD SERVICES, INC. certificates can hold those certificates in the old name and upon conversions the new name certificates will be changed at that time. There is immediate action on "Certified" shareholders to send in old named certificates for new.
