Martinrea International Inc. to Announce Third Quarter Results on November 7, 2013 and Files Statement of Defence and Counterclaim
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/25/13 -- Martinrea International Inc. (TSX: MRE) today announced that it will report its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013, at close of business on November 7, 2013.
A conference call to discuss those results will be held on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. (Toronto time) which can be accessed by dialing (416) 340-8410 or toll free (866) 225-2055. Please call 10 minutes prior to the start of the conference call.

The Company also announced that it has filed a Statement of Defence and Counterclaim in connection with the claim filed by Nat Rea and his holding company, which was press released and filed on September 26, 2013, and served on the Company on October 15, 2013. The Counterclaim seeks damages from Mr. Rea and his holding company for abuse of process. The Statement of Defence and Counterclaim has been filed in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
