Ecology and Environment, Inc. Mourns Death of Company Co-Founder Gerhard Neumaier
(firmenpresse) - LANCASTER, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 10/25/13 -- Ecology and Environment, Inc. (E & E) was very sad to learn that company co-founder Mr. Gerhard J. Neumaier passed away October 23, 2013. He will be remembered as a visionary who played a pivotal role in E & E's growth from a small, local firm to a successful global environmental consulting company. We cannot and will not forget the vision Gerhard provided to this company from its inception.
Gerhard's leadership in adopting a multidisciplinary approach to solving environmental problems was ahead of its time when E & E was founded in 1970 and is one of his enduring legacies. E & E's family will continue to rally together and build upon the original vision Gerhard dedicated so much of his life to.
His love of nature and his unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship were evident in every aspect of his life, both professional and personal. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Neumaier family.
