New Anchor Tenant for 110 Atrium Place Will Move Into Completely Renovated, 70,000 Square Foot Space

(NYSE: TRLA), has signed a multi-year lease to occupy the top two floors of 110 Atrium Place in Bellevue, Wash. This will double its current square footage and reinforces its commitment to grow the business in the Seattle area.
Market Leader chose downtown for its new office based on the location's growing popularity, proximity to public transit and amenities, plus the opportunity to create a state-of-the-art work environment.
The move, which is expected in mid to late-December 2013, brings Market Leader just blocks away from where the company was founded in 1999. Market Leader expects to completely renovate the new space as a modern, high-tech and open work environment.
