Agility Health, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Work-Fit(TM), LLC

(TSX VENTURE: AHI), a leading provider of physical rehabilitation and software services that benefit patients, healthcare providers and employers, today announced that it has closed the previously announced acquisition of Work-Fit, LLC ("Work-Fit") for approximately $7.3 million. Work-Fit generates approximately $6.3 million in annual revenues.
Work-Fit delivers cost-containment solutions to leading employers through an array of worksite-based injury prevention and management programs. Founded in 1992, Work-Fit brings a proven sports medicine/athletic training model into the workplace, and currently serves more than 50,000 client employees across 20 job sites in ten states.

Work-Fit employs approximately 75 people, the majority of whom are clinicians (principally athletic trainers) embedded in the client worksite. These professionals implement customized programs that include individual and group prevention-based solutions, first aid-level interventional services, and other rehabilitation and treatment-based solutions. Work-Fit utilizes a distinctive "industrial-athlete" model that delivers affordable, effective solutions for clients, who typically realize substantial savings in workers compensation costs and significant decreases in on-the-job injury rates.

Through its subsidiary and principal operating entity, Agility Health, LLC, Agility Health operates a multi-state network of outpatient rehabilitation clinics and provides contracted services to hospitals, nursing homes and other institutional clients, providing care and treatment for orthopedic-related disorders, sports-related injuries, preventative care, rehabilitation of injured workers, and a variety of other injuries and conditions.
