OleumTech Hires Robert Ward as It Expands Its Business Development and Sales Team
(firmenpresse) - IRVINE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/24/13 -- OleumTech Corporation, the industry leader in wireless automation, is pleased to announce the hiring of , who will be joining the OleumTech team as , based in Houston.
Robert will be responsible for all aspects of business development, including operations, strategic planning, and delivering OleumTech solutions outside of North America. He will focus on evaluating and capturing large market opportunities.
With over 25 years of experience with telemetry, electronic flow measurement, and field instrumentation and he will contribute valuable project and account management expertise to the OleumTech team. Robert joins OleumTech from Schneider Electric, where he was Director of Upstream Oil & Gas Business Development, holding the position for 13 years. Among his many responsibilities, he was a driving force behind the institution of innovative sales initiatives and expanded them throughout the customer base. Prior to Schneider, he held senior positions at Control Microsystems and ABB Automation, where he was focused on channel management and product adaptation.

Robert has a degree in Instrumentation and Process Controls Design at Texas State Technical College, and is working to complete MBA Certificate at Wharton School of Business. His publications include several papers at Well Test Automations, Production Automation and SCADA based Leak Detection Systems.
