mLight Tech, Inc. Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire The Ding King Training Institute, Inc.
(firmenpresse) - COSTA MESA, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/24/13 -- mLight Tech, Inc., a fully reporting Florida based corporation (OTCQB: MLGT), announced today the audited financials for The Ding King Training Institute, Inc. have been completed and mLight Tech, Inc. has signed the definitive agreement to purchase 100% of the outstanding stock of The Ding King Training Institute, Inc. The closing has been set for October 31, 2013 and an 8-K will be filed accordingly.
In response to shareholder inquiries, the float of mLight Tech, Inc. (OTCQB: MLGT), remains at 24 million shares and no additional free trading shares have been issued.
