StuTrax Complements Existing CRM Solution; Streamlines Entire Enrollment to Graduation Process

Since their previous SIS proved difficult to scale and was unable to easily integrate with other applications, United turned to StuTrax, a powerful SIS built on Force.com, to centralize student management on a single platform. StuTrax delivers immediate access to more student data and automates workflows and reports for critical activities such as forecasting, building course catalogues and event management. This results in significant time savings and streamlined communication for Admissions, Student Services, the Registrars Office, and the Alumni Office.

In addition, United worked with Enrollment Rx to implement a self-service student portal, where students will be able to manage registration, review class schedules, request advising appointments, and register for events. As a result, United expects to improve registration efficiency and decrease administrative work, while helping students to seamlessly manage their academic careers.
