Boston Semi Equipment Announces Settlement of Litigation With Teradyne
(firmenpresse) - BOSTON, MA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/22/13 -- Boston Semi Equipment LLC ("BSE") announced today it has resolved all outstanding litigation with Teradyne by entering into an agreement under which Teradyne has agreed to continue its business relationship with BSE by providing that BSE has the right to purchase Teradyne ATE systems, components and instruments in connection with the resale or lease of new and used Teradyne testers and options and that Teradyne will repair Teradyne ATE Systems, components and instruments sold by BSE.
