The company is currently working with its auditors, DKM Certified Public Accountants, to complete its public filings. The company expects to be current within 45 days.
Mr. David Altman of Global Leadership Institute, the company's wholly owned executive education entity (), is currently stationed in Africa working on executing the company's business plan for the remainder of this year and preparing for 2014.
Cephas continues to have its interest in The Network Talent, LLC (). Management will be meeting with representatives of The Network Talent this month to evaluate future opportunities. Cephas Holding is exploring a spin off of the asset into a separate public company or other monetization strategy for this investment.
Cephas is also preparing a series of presentations and opportunities for additional communications with shareholders, investors and potential business partners. Management looks forward to more frequent communication as its business activities develop.
