Cornerstone Strategic Value Fund, Inc. and Cornerstone Total Return Fund, Inc. Announce Record Date Change for November 2013 Distributions
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 10/18/13 -- Cornerstone Strategic Value Fund, Inc. (NYSE MKT: CLM) and Cornerstone Total Return Fund, Inc. (NYSE MKT: CRF), (individually the "Fund" or, collectively, the "Funds"), each a closed-end management investment company, today announced a record date change for the previously announced November 2013 distributions. The Funds are adjusting the record date from November 15, 2013 to November 22, 2013. The payable date of November 29, 2013 remains the same.
Shares from any rights offerings will be issued within the 15-day period immediately following the record date of the Funds' monthly distributions and stockholders exercising rights will not be entitled to receive such distributions with respect to the shares issued pursuant to such exercise.
Cornerstone Strategic Value Fund, Inc. and Cornerstone Total Return Fund, Inc. are traded on the NYSE MKT LLC under the trading symbols "CLM" and "CRF", respectively.
