(firmenpresse) - FOUNTAIN HILLS, AZ -- (Marketwired) -- 10/17/13 -- ML Capital Group, Inc. (OTCQB: MLCG) announced today that it has signed a one-year consulting agreement with Renewable Energy and Power, Inc.
Renewable Energy and Power, Inc. provides Green Energy that is competitive with fossil fuels by employing proprietary new technologies in combination with existing solar and wind power electric generation and LED lighting.
Donald MacIntyre, President of Renewable Energy and Power, Inc., stated that his company is very excited to begin a business relationship with ML Capital. Mr. MacIntyre's company will file with FINRA upon completion of its audit, that is underway, and will need the assistance of a consultant that is well versed in assisting a newly trading corporation with advice and counsel.
