Deeds.com Witnesses County Recorders Switching to E-Recording in Record Numbers

Deeds.com has seen county recorders in charge of recording real estate deeds such as , warranty and easement deeds move towards allowing for e-filing. The transition to e-recording of deeds has made the filing process easier for both in-state and interstate deeds interactions. Only about 1/3 of county recorders allow for e-recording but the trend has expanded quickly and many states are changing laws and legislation to allow for online filing.
