Part of the TrekSoCâ„¢ portfolio, TrekSoC-Si automatically generates multi-threaded, multi-processor, self-verifying C test cases that run on the SoC's embedded processors on in-circuit emulation (ICE) platforms, field programmable gate array (FPGA) prototypes and production silicon.
