(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/10/13 -- PM Bull Holdings Ltd. (the "Offeror") announces that on October 8, 2013 it acquired 62,800 common shares (the "Common Shares") at a price of $2.8801 per Common Share and on October 9, 2013 the Offeror acquired an additional 12,200 Common Shares at a price of $2.9387 per Common Share of CanWel Building Materials Group Ltd. ("CanWel"), (collectively, the "Acquisitions"). The Acquisitions represent approximately 0.13% of the issued and outstanding Common Share of CanWel. As a result of the Acquisitions, the Offeror now has ownership of 5,748,300 Common Shares, representing approximately 10.02% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of CanWel. The Offeror acquired the Common Shares for investment purposes through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange. The Offeror may from time to time increase or decrease its ownership position in the future.
