Vista Expects Surge in Gasification Revenue in 2nd Half of 2013
(firmenpresse) - DENVER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/09/13 -- Vista International Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: VVIT), a pioneer in efficient Waste-to-Energy technology, is pleased to give investors an update on its revenue expectations for the second half of 2013.
Vista expects that revenue from its gasification operations will exceed $300,000 in the second half of 2013. This represents a 400% increase over gasification revenue recognized in the first six months of 2013. The additional revenue from gasification will result in overall revenue in excess of $925,000 for 2013, a more than 35% increase over fiscal year 2012.
CEO Timothy Ruddy was excited about the projections: "2013 has been a breakthrough year for the Company. The deployment of the third generation of the Company's Thermal Gasifier has led to a surge in gasification revenue, and the steady growth of our tire processing business in Texas has been impressive as well. As more third generation Thermal Gasifier units are deployed, we expect gasification revenue to continue to increase at a rapid rate, and contribute significantly to our bottom line."
